CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Having more than 25 years of rich and varied experience in the industry, we are proficient in all procedures related to Customs Clearance of Imports and Exports with a specialization in clearance of import of Capital Goods, Project Imports and ATA Carnet. Our skilled and fully trained staff possesses enormous experience of shipments under Drawback, E.O.U. Scheme, MEIS, Focus Market, Focus Product, EPCG and DFIA Scheme.

FREiGHT FORWARDING

We undertake both ocean and air freight forwarding guaranteeing our customers are provided with the most competitive rates in the market, while ensuring all complex documentation required in the process is duly taken care of. We also charter vessels and coastal (inter state) movements of containers. Furthermore, we are industry specialists in ODC, open top containers and break bulk freight forwarding.

ROAD TRANSPORTATION

Eleness offers transportation of 20”, 40” and ODC (Over Dimension Cargo) by road freight including ISO and flexi tank containers. In addition to providing low bed trailers for ODC we also align cargo escorting from the designated port to consignee’s door. As per requirement, we obtain special permissions from Regional Transport Office (RTO) for the movement of oversized cargo.

VALUE ADDED SERVICES

We provide training to staff of import/export companies ensuring all related documentation is flawlessly executed before submission to Customs. We also apprise our customers on updation of procedural changes promptly as they take place making sure first hand industry information is available. We aid trade professionals stay abreast on all information related to latest developments and initiatives undertaken by the Government of India for ease of doing business.

Total LOGISTICS Solution (DOOR to door)

Eleness is a one stop shop for all logistical aspects of cargo transportation. We assure unwavering and diligent professional services commencing from the time a cargo is picked up from an exporter’s factory premises, transported to Customs CFS and undergone Customs Clearance to  freight booking, loading on to a designated vessel and finally picked up from the destination port and delivered to the consignee’s doorstep.

WAREHOUSING

We have in our possession large storage warehouses that are fully covered with 24*7 security and CCTV surveillance, firefighting system and availability of forklift cranes and labour at all times. We provide storage for all types of Imports and Exports. Along with this, we also have availability of open spaces for storage of ODC like steel pipes, rods, channels and the likes. All of this, at exceptionally nominal fees.

IMPORT/EXPORT CONSULTATION

Through our channel partners, we undertake DGFT related work like issuance of advance authorization, EPCG license and MEIS.  We also manage customers related to SVB (Special Valuation Branch). Additionally,  we are well versed in handling appeal-related shipments of both import and export.

Packaging

Keeping up with industry standards and requirements, we provide pallets and also undertake palletization and shrink wrapping of cargo. To minimize shipping costs, we use specific materials based on the type of freight used. For example light weight materials are used for air freight. During cargo packaging, we ensure that optimum space of the container is used curtailing any wastage in the process. Shipping marks and labelling are also provided.
